Upon Receiving the Return: Upon receiving the returned product, we will thoroughly assess it. We will then notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe regarding your eligibility for either a refund or a replacement. If you qualify for a replacement or refund, we will proceed accordingly, either replacing the product or refunding the purchase amount using the original payment method.
